4. Images, audio files and embedded media

Depending on the content, images and audio files on TuneSwiper and its associated services are AI-generated, sourced from the music services or APIs listed below, or presented through embedded videos and music players:

• AI-generated content: original website artwork, illustrations and, where identified as such, audio content. AI-generated media are not documentation of actual events, people or musical performances.
• Spotify: catalogue information, cover images and available audio previews or music playback through Spotify services and the Spotify API. Spotify content is not automatically AI-generated because the website was created with AI.
• Discogs: release, artist and catalogue information, as well as available cover images from the Discogs API. Discogs is used as a catalogue and image source; this does not imply that its API supplies audio files.
• YouTube: embedded videos, the music they contain and associated thumbnails. Playback uses the respective provider’s player.
• Bandcamp: embedded music players, releases and associated artwork. Music is played through the Bandcamp player of the respective artist or label.

Artists, labels and other authorized users may also supply their own images, audio files and press information on Promotion pages. The source or rights holder is identified by the respective content, release or embedded provider. External music and videos may themselves be AI-generated; embedding alone does not establish how they were produced.

5. Copyright and trademark rights

Rights to music, recordings, videos, cover images, artist names and trademarks remain with their respective rights holders. Retrieving content through an API, displaying it on TuneSwiper or embedding it does not transfer usage rights to visitors. Uses beyond those permitted by law require the necessary authorization from the respective rights holder. No blanket claim to exclusive copyright is made for AI-generated content.

External content is subject to the applicable provider terms, including the Spotify terms, Discogs terms of service, YouTube terms of service and Bandcamp terms of use. Source credits do not replace a required licence.

If you identify a possible infringement, please send the affected URL, a description of the content and information about your entitlement to privacy@tuneswiper.com. Reports will be reviewed; statutory obligations and rights remain unaffected.
